The vision behind our agency was established by Pieter De Jongh and Claudio Pino to bring world-class transparency, structure and security to the Kenyan real estate market.
Our story
After living in Kenya for many years, our founders recognised a critical challenge facing the property sector: international investors and local buyers often face significant risks and systemic vulnerabilities during property transfers.
To solve this, Claudio and Pieter combined their extensive international backgrounds to create a unique transaction framework, designed specifically to eliminate financial risk, protect client funds and deliver total peace of mind for every buyer and seller.

Pieter De Jongh
Co-Founder
Pieter brings a distinguished career as a high-profile professional football manager, having led national teams and top-tier clubs across Africa and internationally. Widely recognised as one of the continent's most successful tactical leaders, his career has been featured in books, film and documentaries. Having lived in Kenya for many years, Pieter brings an extensive network, deep regional insight and a passion for driving professional standards across the region.
Claudio Pino
Co-Founder
Claudio is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background at one of Europe's largest brokerage firms, alongside decades of entrepreneurial experience. Having identified the key risks and operational flaws in conventional property conveyancing in Kenya, Claudio developed our risk-free transaction model, adapting stringent European real estate standards to safeguard cross-border and local investments.
